All intellectual property rights in the services and deliverables provided by Joelkaben.com Digital shall remain the property of Joelkaben.com Digital until full payment is received, at which point specified rights will transfer to the client as outlined in the individual agreement.
Payment terms will be specified in individual client agreements. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Joelkaben.com Digital agrees to keep all client information confidential and use it solely for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services.
Joelkaben.com Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual client agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
